get to know us . . .
We are a small but mighty team here at Ink In Thirds. Take a look and get to know us behind the issues and web pages.
founding editor
Grace Black
Black bathes in brevity. She writes poetry and flash-fiction and prefers them both like her coffee—dark. Her published poetry collections Three Lines: All That’s Left (2015) and Love, Ink, & Sin (2017) reflect the above sentiment. Immersed in the realm of creative content and graphic design, she has been published in various anthologies and journals online and in print. Additionally, she has held the position of senior editor for various literary magazines for over a decade.
prose editor
Isabella Rodriguez
Writing stories entirely in her head that never make it to the page has become more of a default than a conscious choice. Isabella received a B.A. in Global Liberal Studies: Law, Ethics, History & Religion from New York University in 2021 with a minor in Creative Writing. She also spent a year abroad and studied at New York University in Paris. When not working, she spends her free time writing and editing with her two cats, who provide emotional support by sitting on her laptop.
book review editor
C.W. Bryan
C.W. Bryan is the author of two collections of poetry. A chapbook titled Celine: An Elegy was published with Bottlecap Press, and a full-length collection, No Bird Lives in my Heart, was published with In Case of Emergency Press. He writes with Sam Kilkenny at poetryispretentious.com. His work can be found in The Cincinnati Review, Beaver Magazine, Door is a Jar Magazine, Eunoia Review, and elsewhere.
A boutique literary magazine established in 2016. Publishing Poetry, Prose, and Photography/Art. The focus is on the emotive, visceral layers of the human condition bringing artists and writers together in cohesive fluidity.
