Alternatively, we also have a New Submission Form for 100-Word Stories. These submissions will all be considered for publication online and in our print mag.
You can submit only one story per month via the form. However, you can participate weekly here on our blog in addition to one monthly submission.
On the first Wednesday of each month, we will publish 2 selected 100 Word Stories (1 from submissions and 1 entry from the 100 Word Wednesday weekly prompt here on the blog.)

What a ride!
Two wheels, not four six or eight. Two. And to keep her fragile balance, she had to NOT think about what she was doing. Not look down at the ground. ‘Horizon, you fool, keep your eyes on the horizon’, her best friend had said. Which is exactly what she was trying to do; with Donny, who pedaled past her every day on their way to school, as her horizon. She wanted to feel his lips touching hers. But each time she drew near, he sped away. Like he knew what she was after. Like he didn’t want to get caught.
