Alternatively, we also have a New Submission Form for 100-Word Stories. These submissions will all be considered for publication online and in our print mag.
You can submit only one story per month via the form. However, you can participate weekly here on our blog in addition to one monthly submission.
On the first Wednesday of each month, we will publish 2 selected 100 Word Stories (1 from submissions and 1 entry from the 100 Word Wednesday weekly prompt here on the blog.)

I stand on the corner looking up at the towering body of industry—“I Can’t Quit You Baby” dancing in my ears. What will it take for me to walk away? I could turn around right now, hop on the next train out of this city and never look back. But I stay, my feet planted toward this soul-crushing edifice that’s stolen the last five years of my life. I work. I eat while I work. I dream about work (when I’m able to sleep).
“Sal! Are you coming?”
I nod. I have no choice now.
Maybe tomorrow.
Definitely tomorrow.
